We are a small, family owned and operated farm and abattoir. In our business we obsess over raising and harvesting animals in the best way possible to produce the highest quality, most nutrient dense meat for you. When we don't raise the animals ourselves, we do the research and vetting to find farm partners that produce something we'd call our own.

Pursuit of Excellence

We integrate farm and processing facility on the same property so that we maintain influence on the quality of product from field to freezer. Both our experience and industry research has found that animals slaughtered during low/no stress produce better meat (flavor, texture, and tenderness) than animals slaughtered under stress. Our process is not as efficient as a big meat packer and that's ok. We have different goals: they go for quantity; we go for quality.
