2026 Deer Season Menu

We reviewed all the cut sheets from last year and built the packages below based on the most popular set of selections. The packages give you easy options for picking how you want to enjoy your harvest. And since the packages simplify our operations, we're steeply discounting summer sausage, snack sticks, and jerky when included in the package. 

We consistently hear from hunters, their family members, and friends that the summer sausage and snack sticks we prepared for them in 2025 were the best they've had. We think we're even better this year! And, we've been working on some jerky recipes and expanded our offer to include jerky this season. 

As you may know, we're a small shop with a small crew. We work our butts off to help as many hunters as possible, but we still hit space constraints. Follow our Facebook page for the most up to date info on our availability.

We're committed to giving you the best possible deer processing experience. If you're not serious about actually enjoying the food from your harvest and you just need a place to dump a dirty deer to get some packaged meat as cheaply as possible, we're not your guy.
