We aim to provide regular harvest dates throughout the year, but animals don't grow overnight so sometimes we're pre-ordering for a future harvest date.

Helpful Expectations About Your Order

If you're ordering Beef

If the item is in stock, you can expect a shipment within 3-8 weeks (we harvest to order and age for 3 weeks -- good things take time).

If you're ordering Pork

If the item is in stock, you can expect a shipment within 3 weeks (we harvest to order and age several days -- pork is faster than beef).

If you're ordering Lamb

If the item is in stock, you can expect a shipment within 3 weeks (we harvest to order and age a minimum of 5 days).

If you're ordering Chicken

If it's in stock and you're not also ordering beef or pork, we will have your order ready for pick up within two business days. If you also order a beef, pork, or lamb share, we'll have your chicken prepared for your other meat pick up.
