Ever try brainstorming 101 ways to cook ground beef during your lunch break?
Yeah, that happened last week when one of my subscribers threw down the gauntlet. She was sick of burgers and meatballs.
Most of you submitted direct, relatively straightforward questions.
This gal went for the moon. Maybe she and Elon will put Trump's flag on Mars together.
Abby and Thomas thought I was nuts. But 5 minutes later we had 50 ideas scribbled down on a notepad.
Then things got hard.
The easy ideas were gone. Now we were actually having to think. (I hate when that happens.)
But here's what's cool - we discovered something pretty awesome about ground beef recipes.
You don't need 101 different recipes. You just need a few solid frameworks to play with.
Take rice dishes for example. Add ground beef to rice and suddenly you've got:
- Beef stir-fry over rice
- Beef fried rice
- Beefy rice dressing
- Ground beef curry
- Beef and rice stuffed peppers
- Beef and liver dirty rice
And each of those can spawn like 3-4 variations. (That's already 18-24 different meals from rice alone.)
Next week I'm posting about the next two categories of ground beef meal ideas. Don't miss it!
